Sonata Private Residences

Sonata Private Residences is the collective name of two residential towers that will soon rise along Lourdes Street and near St. Francis St. in Ortigas Business District. The property is located besides San Miguel Corporate Headquarters and across EDSA Shangri-La Hotel.

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the developer of Sonata Private Residences, is the real estate subsidiary of J G Summit Holdings Inc. It is also responsible for the development of Robinsons malls (Galleria, Ermita/Midtown and Pioneer/Forum) as well as other residential towers like Gateway Garden Ridge and One Gateway Place.

Two adjacent towers constitute the Sonata Private Residences. Each tower has a reception area and four elevators. While the Sonata Private Residences is located near St. Francis St., the land property of RLC actually extends up to San Miguel Ave. In the part of the land area near San Miguel Avenue will soon rise Sonata Tower, an office building, and a currently unamed deluxe hotel.

Meaning, the Sonata Private Residences is already near offices and hotels, and yet RCL will still construct another hotel and another office building right next to it.

Amenities in Sonata Private Residences include a 25-meter lap pool, 80-meter long jogging/walking path, computer/digital game room, private theater, multipurpose gym, and wi-fi hotspots. The towers also have 24 hour security, centralized sanitary disposal system, centralized mail room, water reservoir and CCTV room.

Sonata Private Residences is currently in preselling stage. Ground breaking is scheduled this coming October 2009.
