Princeton Residences

The Princeton Residences is the latest residential project of SM Development Corporation (SMDC). This 42 storey condominium will soon rise in New Manila, Quezon City along Aurora Boulevard besides LRT 2 Gilmore Station.

SM Development Corporation, the developer of Princeton Residences, is the real estate development arm of SM Prime Holdings Corporation, the same company that built and manages the various SM Malls. Base on the information that I obtained from flyers and websites, it will be one of the rare instances wherein SMDC will be building a residential condominium that is not nearby an SM Mall, unlike their previous projects such as Grass Residences, Fields Residences and Sea Residences.

princeton residences model Despite not having a nearby SM Mall, Princeton Residences has a few notable landmarks nearby such as St. Paul College, Gilmore IT Center, Broadway Centrum and German Cultural Center. However, its proximity with LRT 2 Gilmore station will provide its unit owners with easy access to various establishments in Metro Manila such as Divisoria, Araneta Center and up to Ateneo de Manila University.

All units in Princeton Residences will be fully furnished. Some of the appliances included in each unit are air conditioning system, range hood, LCD TV, queen size bed, and toilet & bath fixtures. Unit types include studio type, 1 BR and 2 BR. Some of the amenities are swimming pools, pool cabana and lounge area. Some of the building features include automatic fire detection and alarm systems, standby generator sets, and four elevators.
