The Manhattan Heights is the fourth residential project that is soon to rise in Araneta Center as part of the Manhattan Garden City, a joint project of Araneta Center Inc. and Megaworld Corporation (The earlier residential projects include Manhattan Parkway, Manhattan Parkview and Manhattan Plaza.). It is situated along Gen. Romulo Avenue and near Ali Mall.
Megaworld Corporation is the company behind the development of Eastwood City and also the mother company of two other land developers, Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. and Suntrust Home Developers, Inc.

Each unit of Manhattan Heights have its own balcony. You can choose whether you want to see EDSA or Antipolo upon viewing from your balcony. There's also a sky garden on the four topmost levels of each tower. Other amenities include swimming pool complex, meditation area, palm court, pavillion , tree-lined jogging path, function rooms and a day care center.
