The Beacon is a three-tower condominium and the first residential project of Geo Estate Development Corp., a new player in the real estate industry. The Beacon will soon rise at the corner of A. Arnaiz Ave. (formerly Pasay Road) and Chino Roces Ave. (formery Pasong Tamo) besides Makati Cinema Square.

Geo Estate Development Corp. is a newly established real estate company founded on April 2007 by Francisco H. Licuanan III and Manuel J. Colayco Jr. together with some former colleagues and investors. Mr. Licuanan worked previously as president of Ayala Land and as presidential adviser for the Subic-Clark Alliance for Development. Mr. Colayco, on the other hand, was formerly the CEO of Laguna Property Holdings Inc., currently known as Avida Land.

The Beacon is situated very close to Makati Central Business District (CBD) and there are also several establishments nearby such as Makati Cinema Square and Walter Mart, Don Bosco School, and various office buildings along Chino Roces Ave. and Amorsolo.

The Beacon is currently under construction and the units within the first tower is scheduled for turn-over in 2011. Some of its amenities are 450sqm resort-inspired pool, jogging trail, 2-level gym and landscaped garden.
