It stands between Andrew Gonzales Building and Castro St with it's other side along Fidel Reyes St. (Agno).</p>
<p>This two-tower condominium was developed by Eton Properties Philippines Inc., which was established in Hong Kong in the 1980s. The company operates not just in the Philippines but also in Hong Kong and mainland China. It is a member of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies and sister companies with Allied Bank, Philippine National Bank and Philippine Airlines.</p>
<p>One Archers Place is surrounded by several different establishments including the buildings that constitute the De La Salle University main campus. It stands next to Andrew Gonzales Building, and the Science and Technology Research Center (STRC) and Enrique Razon Sports Center on its back. It is walking distance from De La Salle - College of St. Benilde and St. Scholastica's College, as well as from Harrison Plaza and Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.</p>
<p><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-258" title="one archers place model unit" src="http://prefr.hub.ph/samples/one-archers-place-model-unit.jpg" alt="one archers place model unit" width="230" height="173" />Each tower has three elevators and mail room. Other building features include stand-by emergency power, 24-hour security, fire and smoke detection system and centralized garbage room. Some of the amenities are  study hall, fitness center, wi-fi (residential floors) and landscaped courtyard. Some of the available units are studio, 1 BR and 2 BR. The two-storey Green Podium that joins the two towers will also operate as a mall.</p>
<p>As of the date of the writing of this article, one of the two towers are already sold out but the other tower is still open for selling. The turn over date of One Archers Place in on 2010.</p>
