This is a notice that the Philippine Real Estate Facts and Review (PREFR) has now been shut-down permanently without any current plans to put it online again sometime in the future.

While working on this blog, I find it boring and repetitive using the same format to report the same set of facts about real estate projects. Eventually, I lost interest.

Moreover, the fact that I am using images from real estate companies seems like I'm walking the thin line between fair use and copyright infringement.

I would like to apologize to those who find this website useful.
